ok, the guy must be medically/legally crazy, 'cause nobody should be stupid enough to react to having a "wanted" poster published over all the airwaves with his face on it by going to the city with the highest number of public monitoring cameras and the highest paid and most dedicated civiliam security operatives in the world.
